It is a great honor for me to have been elected as a new chair of council of ISH.

I have worked as a secretary-general in the AP division for four years. However, under the circumstances of pandemic of COVID19, I have not contributed so much to our society. During these few years, situation surrounding our society also has been changed. So at this stage, we need to review and rewrite our bylaw, especially for membership fee. It is required to re-involve national societies again, and attract many young hematologists over the world. For the purpose, we are planning webinar, making education contents, conducting attractive meeting and so on. However, if possible, face-to-face meeting will be the most important.

In any cases, I shall do my best for the coming four years.
