1. Call to order
2. Dr. David Gomez Almaguer, M.D. Chair of Council, summarized the activities of ISH during these four years.
3. Dr. Kinuko Mitani, M.D. reported the updated ISH Membership, activities of ISH with National Hematology Societies in APD Areas, and financial balance as the Secretary-General, APD.
4. Dr. Sabri Kemahlı, M.D. reported the updated ISH Membership, activities of ISH with National Hematology Societies in EAD Areas as the Secretary-General, EAD.
5. Dr. Miguel Herrera, M.D. reported the updated ISH Membership, activities of ISH with National Hematology Societies in IAD Areas as the Secretary-General, IAD,
6. Dr. Ruben Mesa, M.D summarized activities of Science and Education Committee in these four years as a chair of Science and Education Committee.
7. Dr. Kinuko Mitani recommended Prof. Takahiro Suzuki as the next Secretary-General of ISH-APD. All attendees agreed. It was decided that Dr. Sabri Kemahlı and Dr. Miguel Herrera will continue their roles of Secretary Generals EAD and IAD, respectively.
8. Dr. Kinuko Mitani, the former secretary general of the APD, was elected as the new ISH Chair-of-Council
9. The venue of ISH 2024 World Congress was determined as Mexico. The exact site will be announced later.
10. The venue of ISH 2026 World Congress was determined as Bangkok, Thailand.
    The President of Congress, Dr. Wichai Prayoonwiwat, M.D, explained about ISH 2026 Bangkok World Congress.
11. Dr. Emin Kansu reported the ISH Website progress.
12. All the new members from the three divisions have been approved.
